Code of Conduct

The Eurofinsa Group has an internal Code of Conduct which defines the general guidelines that should govern the Group's conduct and that of its employees both in terms of undertaking their tasks and in relations with third parties and the market.

The ethical values and basic principles that underpin this Code are the basis on which the commitments made by the Eurofinsa Group with their different interest groups are sustained, and they are a fundamental tool for Corporate Responsibility.

Our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact

Eurofinsa joined the United Nations Global Compact in 2013 and, since then, we have been working to uphold the Compact's 10 guiding principles. This has allowed us to develop a fundamental guide to focus our efforts on respecting human rights, occupational regulations, the environment, and the prevention of corruption as an indispensable part of our management.

For us, it is essential to ensure that said principles are respected not only in terms of our sphere of direct influence, but also by our suppliers, contractors, and business partners -- players who are committed to the same environmental and social standards as those in which we believe.

Internally, the principles of the UN Global Compact start with the commitment of the members of upper management and involve the whole company through the example of the upper managers and through employee training on the content of the Compact and its application, as well as through familiarity with our Code of Conduct, which guides our behavior.

Derechos	- El usuario podrá revocar en cualquier momento su consentimiento, así como ejercitar, los derechos de oposición, acceso, portabilidad, rectificación, limitación, supresión de datos y a no ser objeto de una decisión basada únicamente en el tratamiento automatizado de sus datos, remitiendo una comunicación por escrito Eurofinsa a la dirección postal o al correo electrónico indicados anteriormente.
