I.- Who is responsible for the processing of your data?

The data controller is Eurofinsa, S.A. (hereinafter, "Eurofinsa") with registered office address at Paseo de la Castellana 91, 28046, Madrid. If you have any questions regarding data protection you can contact us by email at datos.personales@eurofinsa.com

II.- Do we use your data?

The user’s data will be processed by Eurofinsa, with the following purposes:

  1. Management of requests &, user complaints.
    Eurofinsa has a contact form to centrally manage requests and claims that the user makes through it.
    Legitimisation: This processing is necessary to meet the requests/complaints generated by the user. It is considered that, by providing such personal data, the user consents to the use there of for said purpose.
  2. Management of system incidents.
    Eurofinsa will treat the necessary information of its users to manage any incident reported or that Eurofinsa detects by its own means. This data processing will only be carried out in order to resolve the incident and any problems derived therefrom. Eurofinsa understands that it has a legitimate interest to prevent security breaches of its computer assets, as well as to solve incidents that put that security at risk.
    Legitimisation: This processing is necessary for the satisfaction of Eurofinsa's legitimate interests. At any time, the user may object to their data being processed for this purpose by following the instructions set out in section V.
  3. Computer control of the website.
    In cases where the user accesses the website www.eurofinsa.com, Eurofinsa may carry out actions to monitor and control the use of the website in order to prevent and detect any fraudulent use (such as technical manipulations, code modifications...) , as well as to avoid, prevent and/or detect any unauthorized access, alteration or loss of that information relating to third parties other than the user that may generate for Eurofinsa civil, criminal and/or administrative liabilities.

III.- How long will we keep your data?

The personal data to which Eurofinsa has access will be treated while the contractual relationship or the purpose for which they were collected is maintained. After that, Eurofinsa shall keep the personal data duly blocked once the contractual relationship is terminated or when said data cease to be relevant for the purposes collected, in order to keep such data available to the competent Public Administrations, Judges and Courts or the Public Prosecutor's Office during the statute of limitations period regarding the actions that could derive from the relationship maintained with the user and/or the conservation terms provided by law. Eurofinsa shall proceed to the physical deletion of your data once these deadlines have elapsed.

IV.- Your data

Eurofinsa may share your data with:

  • Competent Public Authorities, Judges and Courts.
  • Apart from the previous data communications, Eurofinsa has engaged some third-party service providers that have access to the personal data of the users and that treat the aforementioned data in the name and on behalf of Eurofinsa as a consequence of the services provided. Specifically, Eurofinsa contracts the provision of services by third-party providers whose activities include, but are not limited to, the following sectors: legal services, multidisciplinary professional services companies, technology service providers, companies providing computer services.

V.- What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

The user may exercise, if so desired, the rights of access, rectification and deletion of data, as well as request that the processing of their personal data be limited, oppose the same, request the portability of the data, as well as not be subject to automated individual decisions, or revoke their consent, through the following means:

The user must attach in both cases to their request, a copy of their ID, residency permit or other official document.

The user may, in relation to those processesing that are based on obtaining their consent, withdraw their consent through the procedure detailed in the previous paragraph. Likewise, the user may oppose those processesing based on the legitimate interest of Eurofinsa.

VII.- Exercise your

The user can submit a claim to the Spanish Agency for Data Protection in relation to the response they have received from Eurofinsa when addressing their rights.
