MINSA CAPSI Volcán - Consultations soar 3000

December 1 st, 2014 Volcán, Panama - Only four months have passed since its inauguration and the Primary Care Center of Innovative Health (CAPSI) Volcán, by the Ministry of Health (MINSA), in the district of Bugaba, Chiriqui, serves monthly to more than 3000 patients, four times more consultations were recorded in the old health center.
