Villa Maria del Triunfo Salud S.A.C. consortium invested $40 USD Million in the construction of a new hospital

The Villa Maria del Triunfo Salud S.A.C. consortium invested $40 USD Million in the construction of the future Guillermo Kaelin de la Fuente Health Center, the first level III EsSalud hospital in southern Lima, through the integral Public-Private Partnership model.

The hospital complex, located in the Villa María del Triunfo district, is at 80% completion, and will be in operation the first semester of the coming 2014 year, according to the district municipality. The municipality added that as such, this project will be one of the first to be operated under the PPP model and it will provide care for 250,000 patients belonging to the Rebagliati insurance network each year.

The design, construction, equipment and operation of the primary care center will also be the responsibility of the consortium.
