Construction of a public building designed into six floor levels above ground divided into the following general sections:
- Lobby and Auditorium
- Judicial Services Division
- District Attorney’s Office Clerks’ Offices
- Archives and facilities
All of these sections are connected via the stairwell and the elevators which organize visitor traffic from accessibility levels ranging from those open to the public the areas restricted solely to the civil servants working in this building. On the basement level, there are locker rooms, archives and the buildings technical facilities bay.
This building is design based on principles of rationality and economy from both the space-related as well as the materials-related standpoint.
