IBT HAITI: Major Highway rebuild in Puerto Príncipe

September, 2015 – Puerto Príncipe, Haiti – IBT Haiti will rebuild major highway Route 9, which connects the city center of Port au Prince with the # 1 National Avenue, at the height of the place Canaan. This passes through towns such as Cite Soleil, Menelas, Basat, Moleare, z'Orange, Sibert among others.
